The Vision Resource Center (VRC) will once again be participating in GivingTuesday in partnership with the Cumberland Community Foundation (CCF). This year, CCF’s GivingTuesday campaign runs from November 24 thru Dececember 2, 2025. During this time, Cumberland Community Foundation will amplify your gifts with matching funds provided by CCF and our generous matching donors.
We invite you to support the VRC during GivingTuesday to help strengthen our mission of empowering adults and children with visual impairments across Cumberland County and beyond. Together, we can continue building a more inclusive and supportive community for all.

ABOUT
The Vision Resource Center (VRC) has been serving adults and youth with visual impairments in Cumberland County since 1939. Our services focused on providing a centralized place for civic engagement, health programs, advocacy initiatives, and recreational activities.
Many individuals with visual impairments face social, economic, and vocational isolation, and the VRC works to remove those barriers by offering accessible, comprehensive services in one place.
All donations, no matter the size, help to create a world with no limits for people who are blind or visually impaired. Most of our funding comes from individual donors, which is why your support is so vital.

ABOUT
GivingTuesday is a global day of giving that happens every year on the first Tuesday after Thanksgiving. It’s a time for people everywhere to come together to do good: to give, help, and show kindness in their communities.
Here in Cumberland County, our local GivingTuesday campaign is organized by the Cumberland Community Foundation (CCF).
CCF makes it easy for people to support local nonprofits like ours by managing donations and offering matching funds that help every gift go even further.
When you give to our organization through the CCF GivingTuesday campaign, your donation is amplified by matching funds provided by the Foundation and their generous donors. That means your gift can make an even bigger impact on the work we do right here in our community.
