CALENDAR
At the Vision Resource Center we create meaningful opportunities for connection, learning, and fun.
Our calendar is filled with activities designed to enrich the lives of children and adults who are blind or visually impaired. From social gatherings and wellness programs to recreational outings and educational workshops, each event is crafted to support independence, build community, and celebrate the abilities of our members.
To sign up for events, please call or text us at 910-847-5886, Monday through Friday, from 9 AM to 1 PM. From 1 PM to 3 PM, please contact us by text only. After signing up, you will be contacted two days before each event to confirm your attendance and transportation needs.

Each event follows the same pattern: Event name. Date. Time. Location. Fees. And notes for volunteers.
Office closures and holidays are clearly stated.

Recurring Weekly Reminder: Every Thursday, there is VRC Uplift, held from 1 to 2 PM, either via Zoom or VRC-VLY, unless otherwise noted.
Walking Club return will be announced.
