Accessibility Info

This site was developed to improve accessibility for blind and visually impaired persons. We are committed to ensuring that our website is accessible to everyone. If you have any questions or suggestions regarding the accessibility of this site, please Contact Us, as we are continually striving to improve the experience for all of our visitors.

Design –

Two options are offered for site visitors – a default style with fairly large text and a high contrast style that includes a black background, white or yellow text, and an increased overall font size.

This site uses cascading style sheets for visual layout and uses only relative font sizes, compatible with the user-specified “text size” option in visual browsers. If your browser or browsing device does not support stylesheets at all, the content of each page is still readable. Any information conveyed through the use of color is also available without color (i.e., text based).

Keyboard Accessibility –

To improve accessibility for those navigating using a keyboard instead of a mouse, several Access Keys have been set. Most browsers support jumping to specific links by typing keys defined on the web site. On Windows, you can press ALT + an access key; on Macintosh, you can press Control + an access key. If the keys set on this site conflict with those of assistive technology

Note: Internet Explorer requires you to press ALT + an access key + Enter to access linked documents.
